We might do this once in a while here, a staff picks kind of thing. I heard this interview on a podcast called Pablo Torre finds out.

And I'm going to say very little about it because you're about to hear everything you need to know. But just the basics.

It's an interview the host of the show, Pablo Torre, did with an incredible

documentary filmmaker who made a doc series for Netflix about one of the best artists ever.

I get the sense it might have been this filmmaker's magnum opus. But I'll never know,

because the estate of that artist killed the project, made sure it would never see the light of day,

even though the filmmaker, reportedly at least, had editorial control.

Picture an interview with a director on a press tour for a series he's devoted years to

that's supposed to be amazing, except in this case, the series will never be released. No one, not you, not me,
