Hello, lovely listeners. Today I am going to be going and having a wonderful conversation with Kelly.

0:22.9

She was involved in the last workshop from sabotage to success. And I love how everyone who came to this

0:30.2

workshop all had different things that their mind was contending with. Kelly shares a lot about how

0:36.9

she was kind of spearheading a volunteer effort

0:39.7

with a sporting group and how she had a lot of responsibility on her shoulders and some of the

0:45.7

things her mind was saying that was making it extremely difficult. And she acknowledged, you know,

0:51.6

1:35.0

feel differently than I do, this might not be actually a fact that this has to be done right now.

1:40.7

It really lifted a lot of pressure off her shoulders and made her feel much more at peace.

1:46.7

And that's the thing I want. I want people not to suffer so much. I want you to have a little

1:51.1

bit more peace, a little bit more understanding of why the mind is doing what the mind is doing

1:56.6

and how really it's not personal. It's not really about Kelly. It's not really about Eleanor. It's not about Monica.

2:02.5

We all have it. It kind of all talks to us the same way. Granted, parts of the stories are slightly

2:09.1

different, but it's always doing the same thing. There's nothing unique about it. And when we can see that,
