I wasn't expecting the the flip there, but the last things first.

Oh, I guess that's true. That's true. Yeah, we're going to have to talk about Mandalorian naming conventions. There's we could write a treat us.

But this is the season three finale breakdown. We're going to break down chapter four of the Mandalorian Alex.

It's been a long road, but it's been it's been a fun ride. But I feel like we're here. I can the finish line is in sight.

We just passed the finish line and it was exhilarating, but also I'm a little sad because we have now finished our journey of season three of the Mandalorian. And to me, this has been so much fun in that we hope that you guys who have found the podcast.

This season that you've really, really enjoyed just our breakdowns and our discussion of the show. I know I've had a lot of fun.

And so I can't wait to talk about this epic season three finale. And where do we go from here? Like there's a lot that this episode I think did to set up season four of the Mandalorian. And I just, you know, just off the top as we're going to go ahead and just give our general thoughts on the episode.

I love the setup for where we're at by the end of this episode. Like I think everything almost kind of feels like a reset in such a way that it does.

I'm kind of excited about it. And we'll discuss why as we get to the ending of the episode. But Mac, let's just start with you just off the top.

How did you feel about the season three finale of the Mandalorian? Yeah, I had so much fun watching it. It was just kind of one of those episodes that was just like pure exhilarating spectacle.

And just really kind of captured that Star Wars spirit for me. Yeah, just the sense of adventure, stakes, conflict, but like the sense of, you know, found family too and like friends, you know, stick and buy each other and fight in the good fight.

You know, just had everything I wanted out of a Star Wars story, you know, especially a conclusion of a season like this. So yeah, I mean, overall just had a really, really fun time.

Yeah, I bet you're feeling especially good since one of your theories that right before we started season three, I mean, you absolutely nailed it. Like out of nowhere, you just drop that theory.

Just like as we were talking, it just came to you. It was one of the sometimes when we're talking about things, we get to just verbally process and we get ideas while we're on mic. And that was one of those.

Yeah, that was a pretty fun. So I will definitely talk about Gideon and his clones and whatnot. I did want to shout out somebody who, well, I guess we'll do that later on when we're talking about this.

Yeah, but yeah, it does feel pretty good having that on wax from so long ago. Me saying, yeah, literally before the season started, you just drop that out of nowhere. And it's awesome that it came true. Like that's pretty much what happened.

But yeah, I also had such a good time watching the finale. I think the first 20 minutes to me felt a little clunky.

But then once we got to the big battle, then from there, it was like pure exhilaration. Like you said, like I could not stop watching. I couldn't tear my eyes off of it. I really, really enjoyed the ride.

I just think getting there was honestly, I feel like we could have used a little more time in the episode. Yeah, because it was a shorter episode. It was pretty much 39 minutes of screen time on this episode.

And I just felt like in some of the parts in the beginning, I wish we could have spent more time like in the garden. Yeah, mandalore stuff like that, like where we could just linger a little bit longer would have I think made that battle feel even more.
