The man who shot Lady Gaga's dog walker was just sentenced to 21 years in prison. Now Ryan

Fisher was shot back in February of 2021 when James Howard Jackson stole Lady Gaga's

French bulldogs Gustav and Koji. Lady Gaga offered a half a million dollar reward and the

dogs were returned the next day because somebody found them tethered to a Poland and Alley.

Now Ryan was in court to read a victim impact statement who definitely in these statements

have a tremendous impact. And he said, you shot me and left me to die and both of our

lives have changed forever. He added his days since the attack had been marked by lung

collapse after lung collapse, physical therapy, loss of career, friendships and rising dead.

I mean, for what, right? I know. For what? So this dude was going to take the dog and
