we're gonna take a deep dive into self-quantification technology

and the guy who has tested just about every device

on the face of the planet.

But first, I wanted to tell you about a nice little beverage

that turbo charges my brain every single morning.

It's got a bunch of all natural amino acids in it.

Amino acids that you'd usually find in protein rich foods,

like fish and eggs and meat, but that is now in, yes, coffee.

So this stuff is called Camera Coffee,

K-I-M-E-R-A-K-O-F-F-E-E.

And I have brewed it a variety of different ways,

but from my own personal experience,

having self-experimented with this stuff for a while,

I would say don't use a paper filter.

A paper filter will actually get rid of what are called

the cafistals and the cowoyals that you'll find in coffee

that act differently than caffeine

and that often get filtered out by paper filters.

So instead, I would use a percolator without a paper filter

to make this type of coffee or a French press
