I'm going to speak with Giles Martin, who is the modern torchbearer of the Beatles catalog.

He's the son of George Martin, the fifth Beatle, and has spent much of his career reworking, remastering, and making beautiful sounds of the Beatles original record.

He's also most recently done all of the music direction and production for the film Rocket Man.
