Very exciting actually because this is the first episode where you are the host of the interview.

And it was a pleasure of an interview. I spoke to Dr. Arn Rubenstein, or Anna Rubenstein, I should say.

Can you tell me, do you talk about this in the interview?

I preface by saying that I've known Arna for around about six months.

I think I've mentioned on the podcast, I'm almost positive I've mentioned on the podcast previously

that I am involved in a youth mentoring program.

Yes.

It's one of the, one of the things I wanted to do just to get more,

have some more social awareness in my community and be more present.

And this is what I'm doing. I'm mentoring some young kids,

16-year-old kids in the local area through a mentoring program called Building Young Men.

And basically, Dr. Anna, he really helped out with the, it's a pilot program.
