You know what made me laugh?

Someone wrote to me last week and said, when I read the title to this episode,

I assumed you meant you were going like as in mosquito screen free off your bedroom windows.

She's like, and I assumed that you lived in some... Kiley was no.

Yeah, or no, some place that has no mosquitoes and no bugs at all.

Like, yeah, no, that's not the case with us.

It's screen free, as in technology free, obviously.

And yeah, it's going well.

I'm really enjoying it a lot. I know you were,

you were worried that it would be difficult, but I don't think you're finding it difficult, are you? No, I'm not. I love it. I really do. Yeah, me too. It's amazing how in the shorter time, like it's what been two weeks now, it's changed.

Like I've totally, my disposition has changed in terms of my bedtime routine.

It's only one week, but yes, it has.

It comes like two.

I miss my screen.

Yeah, it's actually a genuine delight.

It really is.

I didn't, I wasn't concerned about it in the way that you were.
