Shiana, your business and mindset coach, you help women build their businesses up.

You came from the world of corporate, so you've done this for yourself.

And what I really love and want to get into is how you use NLP and human design and

tapping and all these different techniques that I love and use and I think more

people need to use to understand who they are because it just helps us become that much better not just as business people but as people.

So, Channa, thank you so much for being here today.

Thank you so much for having me because I love getting a chance to talk about how to build a business as you said.

I came from corporate and I did what a lot of people do which is you just do what you know and you

hope that that's enough and then you realize there's so many things that you don't know but it's unpredictable right you don't really know what you don't know until you actually get in and you start doing things yourself and so I did the same thing I was an art director at a Fortune 100 company and then I left and

started my own design business because that's what I knew and then kind of realized that there were so much I didn't know about how to get clients and

you know how to set up systems and processes that were really going to support me and the way that I would be able

to work best and serve people and have that work life balance because I think it's really common for entrepreneurs to think I'm going to have so much freedom and flexibility and then you're like no I'll work all the time and I'm scared as crap that there's not going to be another client and it could be just a really stressful situation right and I'm really thankful for that entire journey because it led me to figuring out what to do what what to do to solve these problems and I realized

that I wasn't the only person that felt this way because at the time I didn't

have any entrepreneurial friends. I didn't have any Facebook group. I had nobody and I thought it

must just be me like I'm making it hard you know it's maybe I'm not meant for this like I really

don't know but I'm gonna figure it out and something in the back of my head was like you know what this isn't just for me because when I figure this out I'm going to tell other people this shouldn't be a secret and it really shouldn't be this hard and you know
