You know, the real big question here with Joe Biden when he does these impromptu addresses,

and it has to be something noteworthy for him to get in front of the camera.

I can't imagine who is still giving him the okay to talk extemporaneously.

extemporaneously. But who is allowing him in front of the cameras at this point? That to me is the

craziest part of this. I don't think he's going to be delivering Jimmy Carter's eulogy.

I don't think he's in any state to do that. And I think the people in his administration

are trying to do two things at once.

Now keep in mind, these are people who couldn't run a two-car funeral.

So trying to do two things at once is far beyond their capabilities.
