We each carried a cross and that some of the students had made out of cheap wood and painted it and I wrote on it my name and my brother's name he was on

internship that year but it happened to be his birthday that the walkout occurred

so then we each planted the crosses in the quadrangle at Concordia Seminar. I went back and got mine later on

1974 what led up to this walkout that walkout would of course lead to the

dismissal of that majority of the faculty and many of the students never returned either.
