retired NYPD Sonia Bill Cannon. So the Luigi Mangione case is starting to heat up in regards to

his court appearances. And this, of course, and we've been discussing it, these are hearings, hearings to allow a judge to determine what evidence stays in and what evidence that he may very well throw out.

And in this case, the state, the Manhattan DA's office, has what we would call in the biz as a treasure trove of evidence against Luigi Mangione.

I discussed with my compadre, Mike Gehry, Professor Mike Geary prior to going on the air, and he's with us today.

I'll introduce him in a little bit.

What if the prosecution lost all of the evidence as a result of the stop in Altoona, Pennsylvania,

could they still prosecute and win this case, prove that Luigi Mangione

shot and killed Brian Thompson, the CEO of United Healthcare on December 4th, 2024?

Could they prove it without all the evidence recovered in his backpack in Altoona, Pennsylvania,

based on the stop, question and frisk by the Altoona police?

And my answer is that, to that, is I still think they could get a conviction.

That's how much evidence they have.

And we'll go over that, like the digital evidence, his cell phone,

tracking his every movement.

That's the video of him checking into the hostel on 101st Street and Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan.

This is the license that he showed.

Again, though, this could be thrown out because this was recovered in the backpack in Altoona, PA, based on the stop by the Altoona police.

All of this money, this money he was carrying on him also in the backpack.
