Day 29, you ready?

Here we go.

Ephesion 6-7 says, render service with a good attitude as to the Lord and not to men.

This idea that we live not to serve people,

but the service we give to people is ultimately a service to God,

that the ultimate motivation for what you and I do,

our work, our prayers, making money, providing for our family, loving our spouse,

caring for our neighbor, leading the nation, all these things should have as their primary motivation

serving God, that this brings honor and pleases God. Now, that's something that only somebody

in the family of faith can understand. If you're not in the family of faith, that may sound like

a very strange concept, but it's the most understandable thing in the world for somebody who knows the goodness

and the greatness of God and all that he's done for us. All right, let's check this out. So day 29 is

titled, Love's Motivation. What motivates you to love your spouse in your marriage?

Is it his good looks? Is it his, is it his dashing good looks and his humility and his Adonis-like
