Allow everything to be just as it is right now.

Which means don't think about anything right now.

Begin to understand that nothing needs to be fixed, 

or changed,

or achieved

Relax. 

And notice this is how you would feel if nothing needed to be achieved,

 or fixed,

or changed.

If everything was perfect according to your perception, 

this is how you'd feel.

This is how you'd be right now.

Content,

free of want,

of doubt,

of thought.

Just silence and smiling.
