1:34.4	This does not uh does not envision a moment at which the president himself can say,
1:41.4	no no I'm still the president that you would actually have someone invoking this
1:47.0	a constitutional process the temporarily hands over the powers of the presidency to the vice
1:51.2	president but the sitting president saying no no no no this is a coup.

1:58.1	It is perhaps a weakness of the 25th Amendment that that is a possibility though the 25th Amendment
