You know, we each have hundreds of things to be grateful for every day.

And when we only look, and this is why gratitude lists are important to me in general,

but when you only see the massive victories as successes and things that you should be grateful for,

you spend a lot of time being stuck outside of gratitude because they don't happen that often.

I've learned. It wasn't easy for me, but I've learned to be grateful for what happens

It's when everything is going smoothly, it's really, really hard to tell if that's because you

did the work or because you're just skating by and you're lucky.

So whenever they don't work, I get an opportunity to identify something I need to improve. Sometimes I'm

grateful for really, really big stuff, like something amazing happened and it feels magical.
