Today I have the lovely Miss Kavita with us.

And today we're going to be talking about how she's been struggling with since blending her family together, getting married, having kids living in the house.

Her once-seeming in-control diet kind of fell a little out of control, which is very, very typical.

Remember I've shared with you guys before there's some life occurrences that when they happen can really shake our habits, having a kid, moving into a house with new family, all those kinds of things.

And actually one thing now post-COVID that I've been noticing is people that lost their weight during the COVID quarantine are now maybe struggling a little bit with life after quarantine because restaurants are coming back into the fold.

I just had a coaching call with a lady yesterday who she had lost all her weight during COVID.

But now for the last six months it's been struggling to maintain it because she's going out to eat a lot more with her family.

Now that things have changed.

So I just want to encourage you to always remember as big life changes happen, it can affect our weight.

So we're going to talk to Kavita about how she can take her new situation and start to build in healthy habits and structures within the framework of what she's in right now.
