Let's talk about consistency, the life-changing power of consistency. Because I'm going to suggest in this episode that in order to have what you want, create more of what you want, become more of who you want to be, be more free, be more expressive, be more confident, and then create those things in your life that you want from that confident place, that all of that is going to be, is going to come out

of more consistency. Consistency is your friend. Consistency is going to serve you. It's going to

benefit you. It's a skill or quality that is worth cultivating, worth building. It's a habit
