Today we are paying tribute to Jeff Beck, who just died unexpectedly at the age of 78.

He was one of the greatest electric guitaristist who ever lived and a key figure in the history of rock and roll.

We have a never before heard interview with Jeff himself talking about some key moments of his life and career was conducted by our own Corey Grove back in

2018. We have a brand new interview with Mike Campbell, one of my favorite

guitarists, who of course was the guitarist and the key songwriter with Tom Petty and

the Heartbreakers. He also has his own band, The Dirty Knobs.

We have a new interview with Joe Satriani.

To start at the beginning, Jeff Beck's mom wanted him to play piano, much as was the case with Eddie

Van Helen, but unlike Eddie Van Helen, he did not become a prize-winning

classical pianist.

In fact, he took a key off his piano

so they'd stop making him play it.
