Hey guys, let me tell you it is book launch day. I'm so excited. I'm nervous. I just thank you for being in this with me. So many of you have been a part of our email list, our text stream, and I've heard from you,

and you're in this with us. So thank you, thank you, thank you. Let me just tell you a few things. First of all, we are starting a book club on the podcast next week. You don't have to get the book, but I would highly encourage you. We're going to read chapters one and two before next week when the book club launches. So invite all your friends between now and then

and get the book and read chapters one and two with us. We're going to talk about it next week.

below. And we want to resource you and equip you to invite community in with you. You are going to need

your people for this. We are going to go to war, and you cannot do this alone. I never quit

being terrifying. This is absolutely terrifying today. I am so excited. I have one part of me that is so

proud. I've poured my guts for two years into this baby.

I mean, I have bled, sweated, prayed, lost sleep, rewritten the thing this summer.

Like, I freaking gave my all for you. It costs me way too much. And I'm proud and I'm excited for you to have it and I can't

wait. And another part of me is like, is it enough? And it's so ironic because the whole thing

is about believing lies. Am I worthless? Am I unlovable? And the whole time I've

worked on this project, there has just been this sneaky voice in the back of my head that is familiar.

I know it well. I have heard it most of my life. And it's been back with a vengeance the whole entire time, including today,

as I release this thing, that it's not good enough, that I'm not good enough, that this

isn't going to go as well as people are hoping. It just lives there and it just sucks. Any joy, any celebration, any

excitement, the other part of me that is proud and excited and happy. And I want to start this

day by just saying, like, I get it. We are at war. The very things that I have bled out to say in this book and to

plead with you to not believe anymore. I have still fought and I still fight today. And
