Hello, Jordan. So I am going to start with the news, the big news of the week, at least if you are interested

in insider trading.

And who is not interested in insider trading?

It turns out that Preet Berara, the superstar US attorney who has been going after

insider trading like a man possessed, he has racked up some 83 convictions.

Well, he had a very bad day on Wednesday when two of his highest profile convictions were overturned by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Their names were Todd Newman and Anthony Chias, and they were fund managers, portfolio managers, at two different hedge funds.
