enhanced interrogation against terrorists? But John Stewart did his usual kind of superior face-making and

John Yu took him to pieces.

It was a wonder to behold.

However, he is also the Emanuel Hull Professor of Law at the University of

California at Berkeley, a non-resident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
