I created a system called cancel, clear, connect. And I'm a firm believer

in how the conscious continuum works that we are impacted by negative energy. And so I will,

if someone's being negative, I'll literally just say in the meeting cancel. And then I ask

questions. Without saying, hey, that's negative.

What I do is I cancel the negativity because I don't want it.

And it also cancels it for other people.

It raises their awareness like, dude, you are literally trying to create resistance with a group that is here.
