Let's get started with the Five to Thrive training.

The idea of the training is to break down everything you do into five different steps.

And the first step in five to Thrive training is a very important step.

80% of your time should be spent in the first step, which is stimulate interest.

Now, stimulating interest has to be a purposeful, intentional, with defined purpose

because a lot of people, they are building these funnels and they're cold calling and they have

cold outreach email and warm emails and they post and they are trying to stimulate interest

but they have no defined purpose. And so the first step in understanding how to stimulate

And let me tell you that the majority of the objective for anybody, no matter what you're
