Alright, Joe, so with the 4th of July holiday, and we'll get to that in a minute,

we didn't get a chance to talk about the Trump family's excellent adventure,

Part 2, the G20 and North Korea.

And I know you had some thoughts on both, so let's start with the group of 20 economic summit in Tokyo.

The US delegation included Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

So to start, Joe, what is the G20 and why does it matter?

Well, the G20 is an extended group of the top 20 economies in the world to get together once a year

with their heads of state to talk through economic issues, trade issues.

It's one of those meetings that's high on ceremony, but also because the leaders are together

through a series of bilateral and trilateral meetings, a lot of stuff gets done.

It is a chance for the US president to demonstrate our economic leadership in the world,

and it's not the most exciting thing in the world, but it's one of the critical meetings that a president needs to do every year.

One of the most peculiar parts of this G20 meeting though was the president didn't seem to be the star of the program.

He brought a co-star with him, and it was his daughter, Ivanka Trump.

Without any particular role, she just kept showing up at meetings, and she kept interjecting herself into world leaders.

Conversations, the internet was a light with her trying to butt into a conversation with Christine Lagarde, the head of the IMF, and some others,

and the look on their face told the story of, what are you doing here? Why do we have to listen to you?
