The Gospel is the good news of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ,

but it is only good news to those who hear it.

Every believer is to go with the Gospel.

Today, we study with Scott Pauling what God's word teaches about becoming a more

effective witness for Christ.

Our God is so gracious. He's always inviting man to come to him. As a matter of fact, when you come to the last page of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, to the very final scripture, guess what you find?

You find not only a declaration that Jesus is coming, we've seen that, but you also find a final invitation for people to come to Jesus while they can. Listen to Revelation

22 and verse 17. The Bible says, and the spirit and the bride say come. And let him that

heareth say come. And let him that is a thirst come. And whosoever will let him take the water of life freely.

What an amazing gospel verse.

God says at the very end of it all, I want everyone to come to me.

What is the Holy Spirit's final message to the world?

In a word, come. The same as Christ's

first message to those first disciples. Come after me. Come to me. The Spirit says come. Oh, but notice

this, it's not only the Holy Spirit's message, it's to be our message. The Bible says the

spirit and the bride, say come.

Who's the bride of Christ?

That's the church.

That's me.

That's you.

Which means our message is to match his message.

If we're not telling people to come to Jesus, then we're not telling them the message the Holy Spirit wants to speak.
