No matter your sport, no matter your business, no matter your goals, no matter your craft,

if you want to be successful, if you want to be beyond successful, you want to dominate consistently,

you have to master the mental game, you have to have the mindset.

You know this though, right? We've all heard this. But the question becomes,

how do you define the right mindset, quote unquote? What does that really mean? Is it really

just as simple as saying you need to be more confident? I know you've heard that. I used to

always hear that growing up. Just be confident. You got to have the right mindset. But what

does that mean?

So through my time as a professional athlete,

being able to make my goals a reality from not really being the most talented player in the world,

but being able to play in the NFL and make my professional dreams become a reality.

And then of course, playing with the best in the world,

playing with the Drew Breezes,

Jonathan Vilmas, Reggie Bush's of the world.

And then moving on for my career,

now coaching some of the best in the world,

and then of course studying the best.

What I found is that mindset doesn't have to be as intangible as one might think.

So what I work to do is really define what are the qualities and traits that really define the best.

Because qualities and traits are a result of someone's mindset. And I found that there are 11 qualities and traits are a result of someone's mindset.

And I found that there are 11 qualities and traits that literally weave through virtually every top performers.

And I'm not talking about the ones who are all right.
