| 1:18.0 | And I think one of the first things we have to say is that when you're taking on a new habit, you've got to get really clear on the motivation. |

| 1:30.0 | And all of us have had, as you said, that experience where we tried to change, you know, we tried to either, you know, |
| 1:35.9 | quit a bad habit or take on a good habit. |
| 1:39.6 | And if you're like most of us, you know, we start with a lot of enthusiasm, we can keep it up for a few weeks, and by the way, this is why New Year's resolutions don't typically work. |

| 1:55.0 | middle when it becomes difficult when we run out of steam and we want to quit. |
