Like I mean I hope you're a happier person

no just just generally I mean think about it like I hope that these these truths like you meditate on them like like if it's a bad day or if it's whatever you go wait a second I was chosen before the foundation of the world to be wholly and blameless. He in love, he predestined me to be adopted as one of his children.

He redeemed me and I'm forgiven. I mean, just to think, I was dead in my trespasses and sins I was my nature and

object of wrath and now he's gonna lavish his grace upon me I've been made alive with Christ. I'm seated in the

heavenly places right now with Christ. Far above all rule, authority, power, and dominion,

I hope as you think about these things

in everyday life, like when you're sitting around doing nothing

or when you're driving,

that you don't just jump on the phone real quick or try to, you

know, watch one more video, but you just kind of let your mind rest on these promises

and actually meditate on, well I'm seated with Christ in the heavenly places right now,

far above all rule, authority, power, and dominion.
