And I am Jared Fried. It is so good to be back here with you, Jordana. Virtually. We're

back to the zoom days of old. Exactly. We had a slight regression towards the days of

your, because our whole Betges podcast team has been wiped out with COVID. As is Maddie,

our producer, and obviously she runs the U of account. So we're virtual. Maddie and Sean

came down with COVID. They're going to be fine. Both of them surprisingly anti-vaxxers.

I had no, I really didn't see it coming. They're just denying, no. Yeah, they said it doesn't

exist. Just the sniffle. I don't know. No, they're going to be fine, but they made, they

didn't want us talent didn't want to get infected with their disease. Exactly. You've got

to protect us. The goods. Us above all. Right. So what's going on, Jordana? You're in your

new humble abode. You're on the upper side, which it looks beautiful though. You're in the

moving process, right? Yeah. I haven't hung any art up, but I've unpacked pretty much all

of my stuff. You know, I have to say I have a few thoughts on moving. The first is that

I will never not have someone pack up my apartment for me ever again, because it was incredible.
