0:57.1	I didn't realize I was being gaslit when I was younger in another relationship and so I
1:04.9	wonder how many people don't realize they're actually in a relationship where this is

1:11.0	what I want to start there is to kind of start to unravel some things and then go into,
1:16.0	once you recognize it, how to then act in accordance. Absolutely. Well, gaslighting is sneaky.
1:23.0	It sneaks right up on you because you don't, like you said, you don't realize it's happening.
1:28.9	But when you get to a space in your relationships where things are unhealthy and you're questioning
1:34.4	yourself and you haven't done anything, that is a time to consider is this gaslighting?
