Time to get buzzed on the hot goss from Hollywood with Abby.

If we're keeping score in the lawsuits between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, I would say Justin got one point this week and Blake Lively got about a half point.

So they had their first, they had their first legal hearing today in front of a judge,

or their attorneys did.

And Blake Lively's legal team actually wanted to put out a gag order

against Justin Baldoni's lawyer,

who's been very vocal in the press.

He's done interviews with TMZ, Chris Cuomo, Megan Kelly.

And she has wanted him to stop talking about this case.

And so they put in an initiative to have a gag order and it was actually declined by the judge that is going to be presiding over their case.

So, ping, point for Baldoni and his team.

They can still continue to talk about it in the press, which I love,

because they just put out this entire website where it has a broken down list of the lawsuit with the timeline and explanations and even more details of things that weren't in their

original complaint. It is so juicy. If I knew law was just going to be hot gossip, I would have

gotten a law degree. That's pretty much all it is.

I mean, in this industry, the court of public opinion is so important. Now, you're talking about

$400 million lawsuit here. That's fairly important also. But here, you are talking about your Q scores,

where in Hollywood, that is your likability. And if your cue score isn't high, you don't get jobs.

So you can see why these two parties are jockeying so hard for celebrity survival.

It almost feels like this literally could be the end of one, or if not both of their careers.
