0:00.0	In our world, there is so much sorrow, misery, and sadness.
0:12.6	We see indicators all around us that reveal to us that most people are looking for something,
0:18.2	anything, that can bring them true joy. In this study on joy,
0:23.5	Scott Pauley will take us to God's Word and help us discover the source of true, lasting joy.

0:45.0	When I was a boy in school, I learned a little poem that said, every day is a fresh
0:49.3	beginning. Every morn is the world made new. You who are weary with sorrow and sinning,

1:01.8	Indeed, there is something fresh and wonderful

1:06.9	the sun rose.
1:08.6	We were able to see life again.
1:12.5	The Lord tells us in Scripture that His mercies are new every morning.

1:23.0	And frankly, every morning you have to realign yourself with the joy of the Lord you have to may I say have a little
1:30.5	spiritual recalibration maybe you just jump out of bed every morning can't wait to charge the day
1:36.5	there are days like that but let's be honest there are days we kind of fall out of bed and
1:40.9	really don't want to face the day those are the moments when you must enter into the joy of the Lord.
1:47.2	You must find the joy of the Lord's strength for that particular day.
