And today's a big day because we found out that Prop 36 is winning in the polls 71, 71 to 26.

I pause because I can't believe it.

I keep thinking I'm wrong.

I keep having to look down.

It's like, do I have that right?

Prop 36 is winning by 45 points. That is the major revision of prop 47. This is going to

make repeated retail theft a felony again, repeated public drug use a felony again.

Give the drug users a choice. You go to treatment or you go to jail, which do you

want? And it also for the first time is creating felonies for fentanyl dealing. And wow,

I heard it had huge support, but 71 to 26 in the state of California, we'll go run through the

numbers again later in the hour. Everybody needs to know this. Nathan Hockman also doing well in the polls.

He's up 50 to 25 in the last poll. He's outraised George Gascon by about a five to one margin,

and he is racking up the endorsements.

The latest endorsement, Santa Monica Mayor Phil Brock, and let's get him on.
