and this is the Public Policy Institute

of California, PPC, a nonpartisan polling outfit. They pulled on Prop 36. Prop 36 is the major

revision of that deadly Prop 47 from 10 years ago. The one that George Gascon co-wrote, the one that Kabila Harris wrote that terrible lie, the title in summary, how it was going to be the safe housing and schools act.

So this, this is something that Jerry Brown and Gavin Newsom pushed. Gascon wrote Kamala Harris lied about.

This is from the bowels of the progressive movement.

The idea that retail theft was no longer going to be a crime,

hence massive retail theft over the past 10 years, increasing constantly.

The other part was drug use, no longer a crime.

Hey, people engaged in public injection of heroin, no longer going to be prosecuted.

Technically, they turned felonies and misdemeanors, but the misdemeanors weren't prosecuted.

The cops stopped arresting for them.

They stopped showing up. And eventually,

in the case of retail theft, the store owners stopped reporting the crimes. And then you had lying, sticking jackass politicians like Gavin Newsom said, well, look at that, the crime is down.

George Gascon, the crime is down. Yeah, the crime is down because the Gascon, the crime is down.

Yeah, the crime is down because the public for a number of years surrendered.

But they're not surrendering anymore.

Two big polls have come out this month.

One of them today.

Public Policy Institute says that Prop 36, the big repeal, is winning 71 to 26, winning by 45 points with only 3% undecided.
