What I was groaning about a moment ago is, this is a terrible story. Janet Wynn, she's the

state senator out of Orange County and also covers part of Los Angeles.

She wrote a piece for the Orange County Register that the OC Animal Care Shelter is a complete disaster.

I mean, it's got a big budget and it's got a lot of employees,

but their pets are suffering terribly, and they sent along three awful photos,
