Unbelievable, while the, while Newsom and Democratic legislators are trying to flatter themselves

because they passed all these retail theft bills, 10 of them yesterday,

Newsom even held a press conference about it today.

At the same time, one of their own, a Democratic Senator Dave Cortice, revived a bill

that would allow violent murderers sentenced to life in prison without parole to be released.

If the murderer has served at least 25 years, excuse me, if the murderer has served at least 25 years and if their offense occurred before June 5th of 1990.

We're talking just about anybody could get released.

Even if you were convicted of murder with special circumstances, you've committed murder along with torture.

The murder included poison, lying in weight, rape by instrument. This is murder

plus, mayhem, and other offenses. Dave Cortiz had this bill last year and it was abandoned between July and September.

They gave up on it.

Now it's back.
