Let's now go back to the poison pill bill that Gavin,

poison pill Newsom and the legislature are trying to push through.

Briefly, again, we are going to get the referendum to repeal Prop 47 on the ballot.

They officially said there was enough signatures.

They were sent 900,000 in Sacramento, so they couldn't find a way to commit any fraud.

There were just too many.

So the Democrats are so pissed off that the public wants to send people back to jail in prison.

This, because this would undo Prop 47.

Retail thefts would eventually become a felony if you do it often enough.

And same thing with drug use.

If you're caught, eventually you'll either go to jail or be forced into treatment, which is the way it used to be. This is just turning California back to 2014, the good old days, all 10 years ago. And it also creates some felonies for fentanyl trafficking, right?

Because that hasn't been covered.

Well, the Democrats are so angry with this.

They had 14 bills to fight retail theft, and they'll pass them.

But they're trying to set up a poison pill that if prop 40, the prop 47 repeal passes, this set of retail theft bills gets voided out.

We get punished.
