Well, they had a bill up in the, let's see, it was the Senate Public Safety Committee.

Oh, there are a bunch of pranksters.

The bill was simple. You couldn't sit or lie down or sleep or camp on a street or a public sidewalk if you're within 500 feet of a school, a park, or a major transit stop. Huh? That doesn't sound controversial. Well, it was. We'll tell you how the bill did. Blake will be on to give us details. But first,

the circus in New York, day two of Trump jury selection. And we've got Dave Packer from ABC News,

who's going to tell us what went on today. Dave, how are you? Well, we made some progress.

Yeah, John, some progress today in this, because we have

six jurors now. Now, yesterday there was nobody the whole day, and, you know, out of over 90 people

that were, you know, taken out of the jury pool. But today, they made some decisions. They made

six people here, a software employee, a charter school teacher, a lawyer.

There's an attorney on the jury as well, which is interesting.

A nurse and a man born in Ireland who works in sales now in Manhattan.

And what made these jurors golden?

Like what was the difference between them and the other 90 that they kicked out?

Right.

Well, yeah, you know, it's tough.

There's a lot of psychology that goes on.

I mean, they obviously asked this long list of questions that start out sort of generic,

but get specific for this case because talking about, well, you know, what TV channels do you watch?

Do you watch Fox? You watch MSNBC. What do you post on social media?

They don't know who these jurors are when they come in the room, but as soon as they start being questioned,
