| 1:19.8 | and made to look like it was just like any other tank that Dale Miller had on his property. |

| 1:42.0 | and then we question almost 40 months so but Dale Miller was under arrest for murder |
| 1:47.2 | so what was it that the police and the district attorney's office needed in order to complete a successful prosecution of Dale? |
| 1:56.9 | And the answer to that is they needed a body. |
| 2:02.3 | And could they have prosecuted this case without a body just solely on circumstantial evidence? |

| 2:13.0 | And much more difficult to a prosecutor to do that. |

| 2:20.4 | and there have been successful prosecutions in the past. |
