Last night we gave a report on this all-important case of D. Warner here up on the screen.

And as we know, she has been missing since April, 2021. So 40 months,

40 months that she's been missing. And as has been well reported, they found human remains inside an hydras tank that was used for fertilizer.

Signs that the tank had been obviously played with a weld, had opened it up and so that there'd be an

entrance on the side and a body was secreted inside there and that it was rewelded, repainted,

and made to look like it was just like any other tank that Dale Miller had on his property.

You would think that, this is ingenious right

and then we question almost 40 months so but Dale Miller was under arrest for murder

so what was it that the police and the district attorney's office needed in order to complete a successful prosecution of Dale?

And the answer to that is they needed a body.

And could they have prosecuted this case without a body just solely on circumstantial evidence?
