We are joined by the play-by-play voice of your Dallas Stars, Josh Bogorard, as we talk about what happened in game four as the stars are preparing to head back to Dallas for game five.

How are you today, sir?

Doing all right. Sun came up here, like four in the morning in Edmonton.

And, yeah, just got to go back to Dallas and one game at a time.

But it certainly wasn't a plan to be where they are right now when they jumped on the plane to head up here a few days ago.

No, not at all.

And especially after a first, second and third period, I thought Dallas was right,

in that thing, played exactly how they wanted to play, thinking, and maybe I'm crazy for this.

I thought after the second period, man, okay, Dallas is going to tie this and we're going

to go into overtime. And then the third period happened. And I don't know if it was bad

offense from Dallas or suffocating

defense from Edmonton but they could not get anything going that third period yeah I mean the

third period that credit to Edmonton that all the talk about McDavid and dry sightle and all the

questions about could they defend their top heavy team and and they put on a defending clinic in the third period.

I think that, you know, when you look back at that, it's a one goal game for the entirety of the third and the stars have been such a good push team and couldn't really generate anything.

I mean, they were held to four shots on goal with a game that felt like, you know, it was as close to a must win as you could have.

I think when they do the autopsy on this game, they're going to look back more at the first half of it than the second half in terms of chances that got away.

Because, man, did it feel like a carryover from game three which in itself

felt like a carryover from game six of last year's conference final i don't know what voodoo's

going on at rogers place but i mean the star is the last three games there they had 34 shots in

...
