And you start wondering with Brian Schottenheimer and this coaching staff

where the offense just seems so fantastic and everything seems to work.

Maybe they didn't run the ball well yesterday, but you still put up 27 points.

And you have the very bizarre, very bizarre situation where your offense is averaging 30 points a game,

but your defense is giving up 31 points a game.

You don't see that much where your offense can do 30, but oh, by the way, your defense will just completely erase all that. I know. It's just giving you viz from Cincinnati the last year or two with Joe Burrow when he's been in and their offense is incredible and their defense is so bad, they have to try and outscore teams. And in games where putting up MVP numbers, they're losing.

And they tried to make a run at the end of the season.

I think they won, what, four or five straight?

Yeah.

But still feels shorter to playoffs.

It gives you those vibes of what's going on right here because I don't know if you're going to get any help from the defense whatsoever.

And the offense has to continue to see if they can put over 30 points a game just to

keep everybody keep the team in the game yeah it's pretty wild to see what they are asking of

the offense and there does seem to be as we look at the defense and try to figure out what the

what the problem is because we talked about this probably after the first couple of weeks

that there just seemed to be a disconnect and then they got the communication fix and you heard

Brian Schottenheimer talking about we're going to simplify things and maybe we'll play a little

more man then the reports came out that Diggs and Duran Bland had gone and said look we want to

play more man.

Then they start to play a little bit more man and you still see the same results.

Just a little more man.
