This week we're going to talk about the interview results capture meeting.

The meeting you have at the end of your interviewing day where your

interviewers make a recommendation to hire or not. One of the fundamental problems

with interviewing is not understanding that the purpose of every interview is not only to say no, but also to make a decision.

When you finish the interview, the decision should be made.

You don't go into a discussion, to discuss the candidate, you go in to make a recommendation higher and not higher,

followed by specific behaviors in the interview that show evidence of what you're looking for.
