Today with a special episode around the concept of lean for life. A lot of people have come to me over the last 25 years

to help them get into great shape, get lean, healthy, and muscular. And what a lot of people

don't understand is that that word healthy is in their own purpose. I don't just make up those

three words and throw them together haphazardly. In order to become ultimately lean and

ultimately to become muscular, healthy has to be a prerequisite. And there's certain

physiological prerequisites that either make your body more apt to want to lose fat,

either at rest or when exercising, and make it not want to lose fat, either when exercising or at rest.

And understanding these things is an absolute necessity to get you in shape.

Some people just want to work harder and harder and harder and harder and get in shape.
