0:19.0	Yeah, so I've been with Dutera for almost seven years.
0:21.6	I'm based in Australia on the West Coast, and I'm part of the sourcing team.
0:26.6	I oversee the sourcing of our oils from the Asia, Pacific, Ocean and parts of Europe region.
0:32.6	I want to ask you because I've been wanting to ask you this for a while.
0:34.6	What's your favorite part of your job?
0:36.6	Oh my gosh, so many different parts. But I would say one thing that really gets me up in the morning
0:43.7	and when I go to bed makes me feel happy is that with the sourcing aspect of the oils, you know,
0:49.6	I know I'm helping at least one person every day, whether it's someone using the oil like you,
0:54.8	or whether it's someone that actually been growing the crops or distilling the oil.
