0:26.8	Bouvu. If you've not heard about it, I'm surprised because it's the oldest market, the oldest
0:32.7	still running indoor market in all of Paris. It dates back to the 1770s. In fact, you'll hear
0:39.5	halfway through this episode, a butcher walks up to us and sort of discreetly tries to give us some
0:46.6	facts on how old this market really is. It's part of the Marche d'Aligro, which you may have
0:52.2	heard of, which is sort of more fruits and vegetable
0:56.1	outdoor market, even some antiques, flea market style.
0:59.2	But today we're focusing on the interior bit.
1:01.6	And today's guest is Joseph Loughney and Irishman, who runs the early bird cafe, which is in
