Summary

Join Oliver Gee on The Earful Tower as he explores the world of gin with special guest Quentin de Montgolfier, the founder of Distillerie du Gin.

In this episode, you'll learn about the history of gin in France, the process of making gin, and how Quentin's passion for the spirit led him to open his own distillery in Paris in the Viaduc des Arts.

This new distillery is one of the many hidden gems along the Viaduc des Arts, which is a former railway viaduct turned artisanal hub. Here comes a lively and informative conversation about Parisian culture, craftsmanship, and spirits.
