How are you? I'm doing great. I'm doing wonderful. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So it's just great to have you back. So let's just jump right in. You had brought up some topics that you emailed me. And it's terms that I never really thought about before. But you called it spring refresh. Yes. Tell me about this refreshing of the spring refresh thing. It's not, it's not doing major projects. Right.

It's doing smaller projects. Some you can do on a budget, on a pretty good budget.

Right. Some maybe you can go a little bit higher in price. So tell me some stuff that goes on.

Let's go to the exterior. What can we do on the outside of the house to just, you know, give it that spring refresh?

Well, starting with the front, it's always nice to sort of take a step back.
