Let's look at the third capability of a leader which is visioning, casting vision.

Sense making and relating can be called the enabling capabilities of leadership.

Another durability to make sense of what's happening around you and relate with people

enables you to lead.

They help set the conditions that motivate and sustain change.

The next two leadership capabilities, what we call visioning and inventing are creative

and are action oriented.
