So let's start with a thought. Your life doesn't need a total reset. It needs one honest sit down with yourself about what you've been running from. Everything shifts from there. So it's easy to believe that the solution to feeling lost or stuck is to start over, to quit the job, move cities, end the relationship, or reinvent yourself entirely.

Some of these actions may be aligned and necessary, but often they are reactive and

impulsive measures that are following a long period of poor boundaries, people-, and not listening to what you really need.

And eventually, the impact of this long-term disconnection and putting everyone else first comes

to a head. And your mind goes, I can't take it anymore. And that's when you

want to burn everything down. This is understandable and there may be a lot of things that need to

change, but it's also reactive. It's the other end of the continuum of what you've already been doing.

At the heart of this impulse, I can't take it, I just want to get out. There is a genuine desire to feel happy and to be free.
